You can read the autobiographies of millionaire innovators (not a bad idea), but what you’ll find here are thumb sketches, a brief overview, a small sample of the type of boss you might be, or the kind of boss you want to be. Think about it this way. If you had a ‘bad’ employee you’d try and do something to make things better. Being the ‘bad employee’ and the boss is not usually a recipe for better.
